Willy Amador

Select Teams

A 2014 graduate of Bryan High School in Bryan, Texas. In 2013 Willy was invited to the Texas Rangers area code Tryout in Houston, Texas. Willy was named first Team 5A All-State pitcher by the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association & played in the THSBCA All-Star Game and Texas Scouts' Association Invitational as a Senior. His senior year he tallied 100 strikeouts to lead the district. He attended Rice University where he earned his Bachelors Degree in Sports Management and had a sensational baseball career playing for the Rice Owls under Wayne Graham. In 2015, he was awarded Conference USA Academic Honor roll. In 2016 Willy Saved his best for last with a sensational career-long 6.2 innings in front of a rowdy LSU crowd (10,000 fans) in the dramatic finale of the NCAA Baton Rouge Regional Championship. While playing for the Brazos valley Bombers in the TCL summer baseball league he helped his team capture the TCL Championship. In 2017 at Rice University Willy Amador shared the most appearances on the mound with 26. During his collegiate career, he dedicated his free time to developing young athletes in his hometown/Houston area. With 8+ Years of player development experience.

Josh Foster

A 2013 graduate and 4 year letterman at James Rudder High School as a shortstop and catcher. Josh earned All-District Awards, team MVP, and an invitation to the 2012 Texas Rangers Area Code tryouts in Houston Texas prior to starting his collegiate career at Hill Junior College. A two year standout as a starter behind the plate, and a 2014 Texas Collegiate League summer wood bat champion with the Brazos Valley Bombers; Josh then earned the opportunity to compete in the Texas-New Mexico JuCo All Star game after leading the conference in votes for his position. After receiving multiple Division 1 offers and participating in Pre-Draft workouts with the Cleveland Indians, his career was cut short after his sophomore year due to a repetitive injury in his catching hand. With a burning passion for the game still instilled Josh turned his talents to instilling growth in the next generation. With 7+ years of experience in training and coaching, he has continued to expand his knowledge through certifications as a personal trainer, OnBaseU Hitting certification, and an extensive 600+ hour internship process with Dynamic Sports Training. With a strong belief system rooted in Jesus Christ, and Josh’s personal experience of a career cut short, he truly believes that as one door closes, another, or many others, will open.

Connor McMullin

Professional Development

Coach

Connor lettered 4 years at Dripping Springs High School in Austin, Tx. As a Junior he hit .508 with 5 HRs and a single season school record .951 Slugging %. He also holds the school record for career slugging % and cycles (2). His senior year he was named the District Offensive Player of the year. Connor played and started for 4 years in college attending Texas State, Tyler Junior College and LSU-Shreveport. His Freshman year at Tyler Junior College he was voted an All-American Center Fielder. As a Sophomore he transferred to LSU-Shreveport where he would earn 1st Team All-Conference and Gold Glove (Second Base) awards. Connor was a 3-time Red River Athletic Conference Player of the Week and 1-time Louisiana Sports Writer Association Player of the Week. Connor was a utility player who played all 9 positions at some point throughout his college career and has translated that as a coach to being knowledgeable in many facets of the game. He specializes his training in Hitting and Infield. Connor has been coaching and training hitters in the Houston area for the last 3 years and is very passionate about what he does. He has experience training/instructing players of all ages. He currently coaches a 17U team that has gone 44-18 with 3 Championships and 6 Championship game appearances over the 2021-2022 select baseball year.
